What You'll Do
- Conduct donor health history screenings and eligibility assessments
- Perform vital signs and physical evaluations
- Monitor donors throughout the donation process
- Assess and manage donor reactions or medical events
- Provide emergency medical care when necessary
- Ensure compliance with FDA, state, and company regulations
- Document donor information accurately in electronic systems
- Educate donors on the donation process and post-donation care
- Collaborate with center leadership and medical staff to ensure donor safety and product quality
Qualifications Required
- Current EMT-Paramedic (NREMT-P or State Licensed Paramedic) certification
- Valid Wisconsin Paramedic License (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

- Blood or Plasma Collection
- Occupational Health
- Outpatient Healthcare
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
