Full Job Description

Role Description

Connected Collaborations is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric home health team in Arizona.

This is a full-time salaried leadership position designed for an experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional speech therapy services while helping mentor and support the next generation of clinicians.

The selected SLP will maintain a consistent clinical caseload of approximately 25 patient visits per week, with sessions as short as 30 minutes while supervising one or more Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Arizona regulations. Dedicated time is built into the role for evaluations, documentation, care coordination, supervision, and collaboration.

We are seeking clinicians who are committed to building long-term relationships with families and who want to grow alongside an expanding, clinician-led organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing leadership skills while maintaining an active clinical practice.

As our therapy department continues to expand, opportunities are available for advancement into roles including Clinical Lead, Therapy Director, Clinical Supervisor, and other leadership positions.

Compensation & Benefits

Full Time - Annual Salary: $100,000

The salary is designed around:

Approximately 25 direct patient visits per week
Supervision and mentorship of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
Documentation and care coordination
Clinical collaboration and leadership responsibilities

Part Time - 1099 Pay Per Visit (30 Minute Minimum): Starting at $90/visit

$90 per in-person treatment visit
$155 per in-person evaluation
Higher rates available based on service area and caseload needs

Essential Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent pediatric home health caseload
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop individualized plans of care
Provide evidence-based speech therapy services in home and community settings
Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Review and approve required supervisory documentation
Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily documentation within our electronic medical record system
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, schools, case managers, and interdisciplinary providers
Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary communication
Maintain excellent documentation and regulatory compliance
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
Contribute to the continued growth of Connected Collaborations' therapy department

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligible before start date)
Eligible to supervise SLPAs under Arizona regulations
Current CPR Certification
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Article 9 Training (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Pediatric, developmental disability, home health, or community-based experience preferred
Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional clinical standards
