Throttle Therapy is Growing! We are looking for an experienced power sports mechanic to join our service team. We are an independent shop conveniently located between Pilot Mountain and King, NC. We service all metric brands Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Arctic Cat brands of motorcycles, dirt bikes, SXS's and ATV's. Applicants should have their own tools and a valid motorcycle endorsement. Throttle Therapy is open Monday through Friday with no weekend hours. Qualification requirements:
- Motorcycle endorsement driver’s license
- Documented motorcycle/ATV repair tech: 3+years experience
- Electrical wiring knowledge and proficient at diagnosing electrical problems.
- Language Skills include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, drawings, service manuals etc.
- Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Educations Requirements 3-5 years on job related experience and/or training.
- Written Communication to include basic computer knowledge to be able to look up parts, wiring schematics and process work orders.
- Technician must provide there on tools except OEM specialty tools.
Job expectations:
· Independently complete work orders in a timely and consistent manner
· Communicate with customers and team-members regularly as needed.
· Frequently lifting 40+lbs
· Diagnose incoming service requests.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment.
· Learn and utilize company computer-based management systems.
· Support company initiatives and values

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday- Friday with flexible hours.

Paid Off Holidays: Easter Monday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
40hrs PTO after 90 day probation period.
