Elite Pro Flooring is looking for an experienced, driven, and organized Flooring Installation Manager to lead our installation department. This is a leadership position responsible for recruiting and developing installation crews, maintaining high-quality workmanship, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and helping us build the premier flooring installation team in North Carolina.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new flooring installation crews.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve installer standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure every installation meets Elite Pro Flooring's quality expectations.
- Schedule installation crews efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Visit job sites daily to inspect work, provide coaching, and solve problems before they become issues.
- Train and mentor installers on workmanship, professionalism, communication, and customer service.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally while creating positive outcomes.
- Perform final quality inspections and ensure every project is completed to company standards.
- Work closely with the sales, customer experience, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Verify materials, job readiness, and installation requirements before projects begin.
- Identify and resolve installation issues, punch list items, warranty concerns, and callbacks.
- Track installer performance using key metrics including quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and warranty claims.
- Hold crews accountable for workmanship, cleanliness, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Help create a culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Ensure every customer receives a true 5-star experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Flooring installation experience strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, and flooring installation best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold installers accountable.
- Comfortable using technology, scheduling software, and mobile applications.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift materials and work both in the office and in the field.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
