Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Purchasing Specialist/Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities in the purchasing process
Create and process purchase orders
Use problem solving skills to work and resolve delivery and vendor issues.
Strong cost negotiating ability and inventory control knowledge are a must.
Weekly purchase reporting

Must Haves:

Minimum 2 years purchasing experience required.
Detail oriented
Great communication skills are critical.
Strong customer focus.
Demonstrated success in identifying, understanding, aligning, delivering and following up with internal and external customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to learn new software programs.
