About the Role
As a Celebration Decorator & Event Stylist, you'll independently transform hotels, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other approved client locations into beautiful, photo-ready celebration spaces using professionally designed balloon décor and thoughtfully curated styling.
You'll follow professionally designed setup plans while adding the care, precision, and attention to detail that makes every Ring It On Events installation feel magical.
Every setup is photographed to document our work and celebrate the finished transformation, so attention to detail and presentation are incredibly important. We believe every celebration should look just as beautiful in photos as it does in person.
This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with physical work. You'll spend your days inflating and installing balloon décor, styling celebration displays, organizing supplies, and transforming spaces into unforgettable celebrations.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you might be creating a romantic anniversary surprise inside a luxury resort, while the next you could be transforming an Airbnb into the ultimate birthday celebration. Every setup is different, which keeps the work creative, rewarding, and exciting.

What You'll Do
- Inflate, assemble, and install balloon décor, then style personalized signage, florals, gifts, desserts, banners, and themed décor to bring each celebration to life
- Create unforgettable celebration experiences by transforming hotels, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other client spaces using our professionally designed setup plans.
- Ensure every setup meets Ring It On Events' high-quality and photo-ready standards.
- Safely transport décor supplies between your vehicle and each setup location.
- Complete installations independently while managing your schedule efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding access and setup logistics.
- Photograph completed setups and submit completion confirmations to the team.
- Help maintain organized inventory and report damaged or low-stock items.
- Represent Ring It On Events professionally at every client location.
- Maintain Ring It On Events' quality standards by ensuring every setup is clean, polished, and completed exactly as designed.
- Follow company setup guides and quality standards to ensure every client receives a consistent Ring It On Events experience.

Professional decorating or balloon experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We'll teach you our decorating process, balloon techniques, design standards, and quality expectations . What matters most is finding someone who is dependable, coachable, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about creating exceptional experiences for every client.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable SUV, crossover, hatchback, or minivan capable of transporting décor supplies and equipment.
- Current vehicle registration and insurance.
- Smartphone with reliable internet access for communication, navigation, and submitting setup photos.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking for extended periods during setups.
- Some midweek availability along with full weekend availability with flexibility between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout the greater Orlando area.
- Ability to safely use a step stool or small ladder during installations.
Working Environment
Our decorators work at a variety of locations throughout the greater Orlando area, including hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, vacation homes, and other approved client locations.
This role includes:
- Driving between multiple setup locations.
- Transporting décor supplies between your vehicle and the setup location.
- Walking through hotels, resorts, residential communities, and vacation properties.
- Working both indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
- Working in Florida heat, humidity, and occasional light rain.
- Following each property's access procedures and community guidelines.
- Strong sense of independence, responsibility, and ability to work with little supervision
Safety always comes first. Work will pause during severe weather, including lightning or other unsafe conditions.

Contractor Position
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Decorators accept available setups based on scheduling needs and availability.
