Full Job Description

Alpha Timeshare Consultants helps owners legally exit unwanted timeshare contracts. We are hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop our Orlando sales floor.

This is not a reporting job and it is not run from behind a desk. We want a player-coach, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets in with the rank and file. Show them how it is done.

This is a VP of Sales track. Advancement is based on results, leadership, and sustained improvement in team performance, not tenure.

READ THIS PART BEFORE YOU APPLY

This is a phone floor. Every call is with an owner who is already skeptical, usually already burned once, and assumes we are another scam until we prove otherwise. The work runs on a dialer, on recorded calls, and on numbers you can see by rep and by day.

If your experience is podium, walk-ins, or face to face only, this room will not look like anything you have run. We are not ruling you out, but you need to say so plainly and tell us exactly how you would adapt.

THE ROLE

You lead the floor as Sales Manager, working directly with Fronters and Closers to raise individual and team production. You will:

- Run live sales drills and role play sessions

- Listen to live calls for quality control

- Review and break down recorded calls

- Find the weaknesses in scripts, discovery, objection handling, tonality, and closing

- Coach reps one on one and as a team

- Take live TOs and step into the difficult closes

- Demonstrate technique on real calls

- Develop underperformers into consistent producers

- Hold high performers to team standards and culture

- Track individual and floor level KPIs

- Raise per rep production month over month

- Work directly with ownership on strategy, recruiting, training, and performance

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Leaders who have run sales teams in:

- Timeshare exit or cancellation

- Timeshare or resort sales

- High ticket consumer services

- Call center sales

- High volume inbound and outbound phone floors

- Fronter and Closer models

Direct timeshare exit experience is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who can own a floor and grow it, not maintain it. You should be able to point at a floor, tell us what it produced when you got there, what it produced at its best under you, and what you personally changed to move it.

RECEIPTS

Candidates who advance will be asked for proof. That can mean CRM reports, compensation records, performance reports, or references who can confirm your numbers. If you cannot document what you claim, do not apply.

LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS

Walk the floor. Listen to calls. Coach in real time. Take TOs. Demonstrate. Get on the phone when it is needed. You should be as comfortable developing a struggling new rep as you are holding a top producer accountable when their behavior hurts the team. Strong sales leadership requires both production and culture.

SALES METHODOLOGY

We are open on methodology, including NEPQ, Sandler, tactical empathy and Chris Voss principles, or any other structured consultative high ticket system. What matters is whether you can teach a rep to run real discovery, find genuine pain, build trust, use tonality, handle skepticism, create urgency without losing credibility, ask for the sale, and close consistently and ethically. You should also be able to coach a young rep who already believes they know how to sell.

COMPENSATION

Base salary, plus 15 to 25 percent commission on the deals you personally close, plus a separate override on total floor production. The commission and the override are paid on top of each other, so building the floor pays you twice.

Expected annual range is $60,000 to $200,000 plus, depending on your own production, the floor's production, and your leadership results. A VP of Sales package follows on hitting agreed milestones. Full details are discussed directly with the CEO.

LOCATION AND INTERVIEW PROCESS

5104 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL. This is a full time, in person position. Remote work is not available.

The first interview is about 30 minutes by phone and includes a live sales role play or mock close with the CEO. Candidates who advance interview in person at our Orlando office.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Have you specifically managed BOTH Fronters (working an outbound dialer on cold/skeptical consumers) AND Closers (taking the warm-but-skeptical handoff)? Yes or no, and if yes, name the company, the headcount in each tier, and the vertical.
This is not a desk job. It is an active floor seat: walking the room, taking TOs, getting on the dialer to demonstrate when a rep is stuck. When was the last time you personally took a live call in front of your team, and name the dialer and CRM you have used yourself in the last 90 days.
