Core Responsibilities:
- Creates a fun, high-energy sales culture that drives engagement and healthy competition

Motivates and coaches sales agents; monitors KPIs and provides timely, actionable feedback

Maintains a strong sales focus while ensuring day-to-day operational execution (schedule adherence, coverage, and readiness)

Delivers team sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Models and reinforces the highest standards of integrity, quality, and compliance

What you’ll need:
-
2+ years of sales leadership experience in a contact center and/or retail environment
- Proven record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, activities, and sales reporting
- Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- At least 18 years of age

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
