Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant & Event Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive overall business success. Your leadership will inspire team collaboration, maintain high-quality service, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top performance and excellent customer service
Oversee daily operations such as opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are maintained across all menu items
Utilize POS systems
Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or waste
Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with all food handling regulations and sanitation standards
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, and operational procedures
Implement team training & development programs to enhance skills in culinary techniques, hospitality management, and food safety
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews

Requirements

Proven experience in highend restaurant environments with supervisory responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with experience in staff training & team leadership
Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance standards
Previous experience managing hospitality teams in a restaurant setting is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for order calculations, inventory tracking, and financial analysis
Experience in supervising shifts from opening to closing while maintaining high standards of service
