Schedule
This is primarily a weekend position. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
Typical schedule:
- Weekend shifts: 5:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Some weekday shifts: 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
- Morning weekday shifts may be available during training
- Some holiday availability required
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs
Pay is based on availability, experience, and qualifications.
Position Summary
As a Line Service Technician, you'll help ensure aircraft arrive, depart, and operate safely and efficiently. You'll work directly with pilots and customers while supporting daily airport operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to be part of a professional aviation team.
Responsibilities
- Fuel aircraft safely and efficiently
- Assist with aircraft deicing operations
- Marshal, tow, and park aircraft
- Operate fuel trucks and ground support equipment
- Assist pilots, passengers, and flight crews with customer service needs
- Maintain ramp areas, equipment, and facilities
- Follow all safety procedures and airport security requirements
- Complete daily tasks and support team operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to take initiative, manage assigned responsibilities, and remain flexible when schedules change
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Able to safely lift 75+ pounds and remain on your feet for most of the shift
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass an airport background check
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
