Want to become a Personal Trainer? Start by learning how a great gym actually works.
O-Town Iron is looking for motivated, high-character people who are interested in building a career in the fitness industry.
This isn't just a front desk job.
For the right person, it's the starting point of the O-Town Iron Leadership Path — a development track designed to give you the opportunity to grow from Front Desk Associate → Operations Team Lead → Personal Trainer → Senior Trainer → Fitness Director.
If you're currently studying for your CPT, thinking about becoming a personal trainer, or looking for a way to get your foot in the door of the fitness industry, this could be an incredible place to start.
Where You'll Start
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll learn how O-Town Iron operates from the inside out.
You'll help with things like:
- Creating an awesome experience for our members
- Learning the software and systems that run the gym
- Helping with day-to-day facility operations
- Keeping the gym clean, organized, and ready for our members
- Communicating with members and helping solve problems
- Learning how a successful coaching business operates behind the scenes
But we don't want you to stay at the front desk forever.
Where You Can Go
At O-Town Iron, we believe great trainers need more than a certification.
They need to understand people, customer service, communication, systems, accountability, leadership, and what it takes to create an exceptional member experience.
That's why we've built a clear career path for people who want to grow.
