Job Description

Launch Your Career in Business Banking. Join our team as a Credit Review Specialist and gain hands-on experience evaluating businesses, supporting lending decisions, and helping small businesses achieve their growth goals.

In this role, you'll work closely with experienced banking professionals to assess credit risk and provide recommendations that directly influence lending decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in business banking and relationship management while developing skills that can lead to a variety of career paths within the financial services industry.

What You'll Do

Conduct credit analyses for renewals and loan modifications.
Prepare clear and concise credit presentations and recommendations for lending decision-makers.
Review customer accounts and loan portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate with relationship managers and credit leaders to support business clients and make informed credit decisions.
Contribute to maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while supporting the bank's growth objectives.

Basic Qualifications

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
