Area Coach

Freeland Group Restaurants owns and operate 45 Pizza Hut restaurants throughout Indiana and 37 locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. We interact daily within our stores in order to provide our employees and management the personal attention needed to grow our business as well as provide the recognition and rewards for achieving great results. We’re small enough so that you are not just a name on a corporate list known only by your restaurant’s profit and loss statement, but rather as a team member who has talents, needs, goals, and a desire for a quality of life.

We are seeking a Humble, Hungry, and (People) Smart Leader who exhibits servant leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with at least 5 years of restaurant management experience that is willing to learn our company processes and culture..

The ideal candidate has great people and organizational skills. Experience as a Restaurant General Manager is expected with at least 3 years of multi-unit experience. We are not just looking for someone to run restaurants. We need someone who will lead a strong culture that attracts high quality employees and customers.

Qualifications:

· 5 + years of restaurant management experience

· 3 + years in a multi-unit leader role

· A track record of providing exceptional customer service

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills

· Ability to successfully train and coach a team being hands-on in operations

· Ability to identify inconsistencies in operations

· Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people first culture

· Strong analytical/decision-making skills

· Ability to develop and implement systems

· Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment!

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the operations of 6-8 restaurant locations

· Recruit, interview, and hire a team

· Successfully train and coach a team through a people-focused mindset

· Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

· Ensures a safe working environment for customers and the team

· Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company

· Maintain company culture and staff morale

· Effectively lead with an ownership mentality within the guidelines of the company

· Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them

· Manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals

· Daily communication across many teams (accounting, operations, people & culture)

· Establish and build community relations

· Creates value for our shareholders through leading efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management

· Understand key revenue drivers and identify possible improvements

· Make decisions on how to operate the business from both a guest and financial standpoint
