Job Summary

IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO GO OVER THE ROAD ( OTR ) FOR WEEKS AT A TIME DO NOT APPLY. IM LOOKING FOR DEDICATED DRIVERS EXPERIENCED IN OTR WILLING TO MAKE GOOD MONEY.

95 PERCENT OF THE WORK WILL NO TOUCH FREIGHT. IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO ASSIST, YOU WILL GET PAID EXTRA.

ONCE AGAIN PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE TRUCKING EXPERIENCE, WILLING TO BE ON THE ROAD FOR WEEKS AT A TIME.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Non CDL Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This position offers an energetic work environment where your driving skills, manual handling expertise, and commitment to safety will drive success. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck while adhering to all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices.
Execute delivery routes efficiently, managing time effectively to meet scheduled delivery windows.
Assist with warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes accurately and record delivery details promptly.
Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, utilizing manual transmission skills when applicable.

Experience

Prior warehouse experience combined with commercial driving background preferred.
Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and load & unload procedures.
Familiarity with manual handling, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices in a warehouse or moving environment.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling equipment operation (such as pallet jacks), and heavy lifting techniques.
Experience adhering to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and weight handling in the workplace is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via mobile devices or in person.
Valid driver’s license suitable for operating a box truck; experience with courier or <PERSON> driver roles is advantageous.
