Shifts:

- Monday - Wednesday, with alternating Thursday (Days & Night shifts available)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and production of innovative pharmaceutical products within a fast-paced, regulated environment. As a key member of our research and manufacturing operations, you will perform precise laboratory procedures, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support quality control initiatives. Your expertise will help advance scientific research and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy in our products.

Responsibilities

Consistently follow and actively promote proper safety protocols and PPE to other staff.
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of production areas and all related equipment during each shift, with a focus on adhering to potent compound handling techniques.
Utilize a wide variety of written procedures, including batch records and existing operating procedures.
Function as a primary or secondary operator for cGMP production of APIs and intermediates.
Must be able to effectively operate production equipment during production, cleaning, and maintenance as necessary to support production operations.
Communicate production status effectively through shift pass-off tools.
Correct safety and process issue gaps as identified through standard inspections and audits in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment by actively engaging in inter-shift communication and maintaining high-quality in-lab housekeeping.-
Provide departmental support through additional tasks as directed by department leadership.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS:

Must be willing to work with highly potent/hazardous materials
Able to utilize proper personal protective equipment, which could include, but is not limited to:
Respiratory protection (dust masks, half/full face respirators, supplied air, etc.)

JOB SPECIFICS:

Ability to read and understand written protocols
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Mechanical aptitude
Able to operate hand tools, calculators, and weighing/measuring devices
Basic mathematical skills
Possess a high degree of motivation and are a self-starter
Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail
Able to stand for long periods of tim

**** Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds with the assistance of equipment or teammates as necessary.

Non-clinical development of competitive products and solutions. Activities include all aspects of research, technology development, product development, solution development, and testing. Initiates, directs, and executes scientific research and/or development related to Biology, Biochemistry, and Virology. Investigate the feasibility of applying a wide variety of scientific principles and concepts to inventions, products, and problems.
