Location: On-site in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with ownership, project teams, subcontractors, and clients across the Southeastern Wisconsin market.

Note: Candidates must have strong commercial construction project management experience, estimating/pre-construction experience, and the ability to take ownership of projects and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Job Description

Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, scopes, and project documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, inspectors, and client stakeholders
Oversee project execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Review plans, identify project challenges early, and drive practical solutions
Manage communication between ownership, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
Support operational improvements, project workflows, and company growth initiatives
Help build structure, accountability, and consistency across day-to-day project operations
Contribute as a senior leader with the potential to grow into a broader operational or ownership role

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
Strong estimating and pre-construction experience required
Experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, office, or community building projects
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations
Strong knowledge of construction schedules, scopes, drawings, change orders, and job costing
Proven leadership skills with a proactive, take-charge approach
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with construction project management software preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required with strong experience
