Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, supervise front desk staff, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the overall success of our hospitality team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage hospitality operations with enthusiasm and professionalism in a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services
Supervise and motivate front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel guest service standards and operational procedures
Manage hospitality reservation systems (PMS) and property management systems to optimize booking efficiency and accuracy
Handle guest relations proactively, resolving issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay for every guest
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations
Oversee night audit processes and financial transactions, including billing accuracy and revenue management
Monitor staffing levels, manage hospitality operations budgets, and assist in financial management to maximize profitability
Lead team management efforts by conducting training sessions, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment
Maintain multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette at all times
Implement property management system updates and ensure compliance with hotel policies

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel front office operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee hospitality teams effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar platforms
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Experience managing hospitality operations budgets, financial operations, and revenue management strategies
Knowledge of human resources practices related to team management and staff development
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and hotel guest service standards
Ability to communicate clearly through managerial communication channels and handle complex guest situations with professionalism
