Job Duties

Provides clerical and administrative support. Maintains filing systems, copies, and distributes materials, and purges inactive files. Performs keyboarding duties, entering data into forms, documents, and agency data systems. Produces administrative reports and correspondences.

Minimum Qualifications

Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting. Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements. Working knowledge of a multi-line communication system. Experience in filing or record keeping or data entry.

Additional Considerations

Advanced knowledge and training in office administration, supported by coursework and hands‑on experience providing clerical and administrative support within a correctional environment and comparable high‑security or structured settings
