Job Overview

As an Apex Athlete, you'll spend your days embedded on an elementary school campus - visiting every classroom daily to deliver high-energy character and leadership and character development lessons, running pep rallies, facilitating fundraising events, and mentoring students who genuinely look up to you. You're not a vendor. You're a leader.

As an Apex Team Member, you aren't just an employee - you're a role model. You will spend 2-week "sprints" in local elementary and middle schools, leading pep rallies, teaching leadership lessons, and facilitating our high-octane events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Visit every classroom daily to deliver 5-8-minute leadership and character development lessons

Facilitate high-energy pep rallies and fundraising events (fun runs, remixes, etc....)

Track and communicate pledge data, distribute thank you gifts, and drive student participation

Build authentic relationships with teachers, school staff, administrators, and parents

Set up and tear down event equipment including tents, tunnels, track cones, blow up obstacles and sound systems

Represent Apex Leadership Co. with professionalism, energy, and excellence at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-Comfort speaking in front of large groups, including children ages 3-13

Inspiring Students: Be the ultimate role model, teaching leadership habits and interacting with kids during lunch, PE, and class.

Supporting Schools: Partner with teachers and administrators to make their lives easier and their schools better.

Executing the Program: Lead pep rallies, huddles, and thank you gift distributions, and handle the physical setup /teardown of event equipment.

Promoting Fitness: Energize students during our high-impact event days!

A Heart for Kids: You have experience in camp or classroom settings and possess

"immeasurable" patience.

Reliability & Grit: You follow through on every task and realize that "That's not my job" isn't in our vocabulary.

THE LOGISTICS & "MUST-HAVES"

Character: Strong integrity and a clean background check are mandatory.

Experience: 1+ year of leadership or teaching experience required.

Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between schools.

Physicality: Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
