Full Job Description

Field Sales Director

Lead the Team. Drive Growth. Build Something Big.

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 OTE | Full-Time

We’re looking for a proven, high-energy sales leader to build and lead a high-performing team of door-to-door sales representatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll recruit and develop sales talent, coach reps in the field, drive revenue, establish accountability, and build a winning sales culture.

Experience in home remodeling or home improvement is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain D2D sales representatives.
Lead from the front through field coaching, ride-alongs, and daily sales support.
Own team sales goals, KPIs, revenue, appointments, and close rates.
Build a culture of accountability, competition, teamwork, and success.
Identify and develop top performers into future sales leaders.
Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results.
Manage territories and identify opportunities for growth.
Continuously improve recruiting, training, and sales processes.
Partner with operations and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing door-to-door sales reps or field sales teams.
Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining sales talent.
Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of D2D prospecting, appointment setting, closing, and territory management.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
Competitive, energetic, results-driven mindset.
Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

Home improvement or residential sales experience, including:
