Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational data science skills while contributing to impactful projects across various business functions. As a key member of our team, you will support data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts that drive strategic decision-making. This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights using cutting-edge tools and techniques. Your contributions will help shape data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from multiple sources, including big data platforms and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL-based systems.
Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
Collaborate on designing database schemas and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Talend, Informatica, or custom Python scripts to streamline data workflows.
Utilize SQL queries to extract insights from complex datasets and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
Create visual dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Contribute to project management activities by tracking progress, documenting processes, and supporting Agile methodologies within the team.
Participate in analyzing large datasets with Python and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases such as Oracle or similar systems.
Familiarity with Python programming for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks.
Understanding of ETL processes and experience with tools like Talend or Informatica is a plus.
Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau or similar tools for creating insightful dashboards.
Exposure to big data concepts and technologies is desirable but not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively within an Agile environment.
Demonstrated interest in data management, database design, or data warehousing projects is advantageous.
