New Hire Compensation (First 90 Days)
- Earn 25% of final collected job revenue
- Applies to all technicians during the introductory period regardless of vehicle arrangement
Company Vehicle Program (After 90 Days)
- Earn 25% of final collected job revenue

Personal Vehicle Program (After 90 Days)
- Earn 30% of final collected job revenue
- Additional compensation for supplying your own vehicle
- Technician is responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, and operating expenses
Performance Bonus Qualification
After 90 days, technicians may qualify for increased commission rates by consistently meeting all of the following:
- Average production of $1,000+ per day
- Less than 1% callback rate
- Consistently positive customer feedback
- Adherence to company quality standards and procedures
- Excellent attendance and reliability
Top technicians regularly earn $60,000–$90,000+ annually based on performance.
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-driven position.
Technicians are expected to produce a minimum of $900 in final collected job revenue per day, with a target of $1,000+ per day.
To remain eligible for commission-based compensation, technicians must maintain a rolling 90-day average of at least $900 per day. Failure to meet minimum performance expectations may result in corrective action, modification of compensation structure, or termination of employment.

Requirements Required
- Professional tile installation experience
- Tile repair experience
- Bathroom remodeling experience
- Tile flooring installation experience
- Grout restoration and regrouting experience
- Caulking experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (50+ lbs.)
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening

Quality Expectations
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Technicians are expected to complete work correctly the first time. If a callback is determined to be the result of workmanship, failure to follow company procedures, or incomplete work, the technician may be required to return and correct the issue without additional compensation.
Management will determine callback responsibility on a case-by-case basis.
Commission Calculation
We offer one of the most competitive performance-based compensation programs in the industry.
Commission is paid on the final collected amount after discounts for completed, successful jobs.
Warranty work, callbacks, or re-work resulting from technician workmanship or failure to follow company procedures are not eligible for additional commission.
