Client Account Coordinating Administrator

Your Tasks
Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams, including Engineers, Account Servicing Teams, and Field Staff.
Manage account setup and renewal in internal systems, ensuring accurate entry of locations, values, contacts, and related account data.
Maintain and update client information in the Client Connect database, including postings, imports, and responses to recommendations.
Deliver internal and external support for Client Connect, including data reporting, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
Support specialized administrative projects as assigned, including infrared scheduling, processing, and importing.
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
Provide general office support, including mailroom tasks, reception support, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties.
Your Qualifications
College degree preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
Willingness to grow responsibilities, including potential support for Account Processing Administrator tasks.
Experience supporting data systems, testing activities, or user assistance.

Additional Information
The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $26/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from your home.
