Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative professional to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing a busy office environment. Your expertise in office management, bookkeeping, and customer service will help create an efficient and welcoming workplace where everyone can thrive.

Duties

Develop and implement our product organization and inventory tracking systems.
Take inventory and restock shelves
Vender Management
Responsible for placing all orders, making all payments and recording it properly in QuickBooks
Process all mail
Identify and coordinate all repairs for equipment
Process financial, business and HR paperwork

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in office management and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and computer literacy skills
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing processes
Strong phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in calendar management is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
