Immediate opening for a full-time Program Director – Case Management & Permanent Supportive Housing

Clinical oversight of a Permanent Supportive Housing Program in Washington DC.

We are a nonprofit, community-based organization providing housing and supportive services to adults with severe mental illnesses. We provide services in Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Central Florida.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Director for DC Case Management (CM)/Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Services is responsible for the development and delivery of a range of case management and clinical support services, provision of PHS administrative functions and overall oversight of the daily operations of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, provision of supervision and support of case managers and case management supervisors, monitoring and adherence to the DHS contract, staff orientation and training, ongoing monitoring of records and coordination of services with other mental health and community agencies. This is an on-call position responsible for crisis management as needed. This position is exempt as determined by the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position is responsible for the following areas:

Program Management
Coordinating Housing Placement
Clinical Supervision
Personnel Management
Community Relations

Required Qualifications: Licensed or license-eligible in Washington DC, in social work, counseling or related field. Two years of supervisory or program management experience in homeless services, mental health or substance use services or other relevant human services programs. Familiarity with DC Homeless Services, resources and public agencies. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with DC residency.

Compensation $80,080 gross per annum.
