Office Manager – Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week

Location: In Person – Woodbury, MN

Blu Ice Med Spa is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to support our main office in Woodbury.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, taking ownership, and making sure the day-to-day operations of a busy office run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day administrative needs of the Woodbury office
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office communication
Maintain files, records, documents, and office systems
Assist with scheduling and calendar management
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with invoices, paperwork, and other administrative tasks
Communicate with employees and other Blu Ice locations as needed
Help coordinate vendors and service providers
Assist ownership with projects and administrative needs
Identify problems and help find solutions before they become bigger issues
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For

Previous office management, administrative, executive assistant, or similar experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Professional and dependable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with computers, email, calendars, and general office technology
Able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
Someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done

Experience working in a medical spa, healthcare, wellness, or multi-location business is a plus but not required.

Schedule

This is a part-time position working approximately three days per week from our Woodbury office. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
