Description

This is a hybrid position. Candidates within 50 miles of select offices are expected in-office 2 days/Week

Responsibilities:

Provides surety underwriting support and technical administrative assistance to underwriters, management, and other staff.
Performs duties associated with bond issuance and/or agency change, processing activities in Surety/corporate systems, and file maintenance.
Provides exceptional customer service and support to internal/external customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year related experience required.
Strong written and oral communication skills to correspond with office personnel and agents.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrates ability to work well on a team and independently.
Good organizational skills.
Competent and proficient with computer software applications utilized by Surety. Knowledge of surety bond processing preferred
