Employment Type: Full-Time. Four to five clinical days per week, including one late day and occasional Saturdays by special request.
Job Location: On-site, both locations. 1032 Royal Gorge Blvd, Cañon City, CO 81212 and 1330 W. Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904. Training begins in Cañon City; coverage of both locations is required. Travel between locations is approximately 45 miles.

Salary Range
- Physician (M.D./D.O.): $85,000-$120,000 annual plus RVU bonus. On-target earnings $195,000 – $285,000 per year.
- Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner: $65,000-$100,000 base, plus RVU bonus. On-target earnings $110,000 – $158,000 per year.
Compensation is set by license type, procedure log, and device certifications held at hire. Rose Injectables does not accept insurance
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide direct patient care across women's health, hormone, weight loss, pelvic health, and aesthetic service lines at both Rose Injectables locations. Evaluate whole-patient medical status at every visit — vitals, comorbidities, medications, and labs — and identify undiagnosed conditions before any treatment proceeds. Perform and assist with advanced device and injectable treatments, including Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL, DiolazeXL, EmpowerRF, Evolve, hormone pellets, IV therapy, neurotoxin, and dermal filler. Retain patients, grow visit volume, and carry clinical delivery through the expansion of the Colorado Springs location.

OBJECTIVES
Listed in order of significance and frequency.
- Conduct new-patient and follow-up evaluations, including history, vital signs, physical examination, medication review, and comorbidity assessment, at every visits + next day call backs for the practice.
- Screen for undiagnosed medical conditions — cardiac, neurologic, pulmonary, endocrine — and refer or escalate before treatment proceeds. The practice identifies new heart failure, arrhythmias, neurologic conditions, and pulmonary disease every year in patients who present for aesthetic treatment only.
- Perform consultations for aesthetic and wellness treatments, including facial assessment, mapping, standardized photography, candidacy screening, and written treatment planning. Discuss informed consents, treatments, package prices and quote offers
- Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments — Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra — including dental and facial nerve blocks, and manage touch-up and follow-up visits within protocol windows.
- Perform device treatments on InMode platforms: Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Lumecca IPL, DiolazeXL laser hair removal, Optimas, Evolve, Forma, and BodyTite/FaceTite.
- Deliver EmpowerRF and Perky Peach® vaginal rejuvenation and pelvic floor treatments
- Order, draw, and interpret laboratory studies / Genetic DNA information for hormone, metabolic, and weight loss patients, and adjust protocols based on results.
- Prescribe and manage medications and therapies, including hormone replacement, weight loss agents, hair growth restoration and supportive pharmacotherapy.
- Place hormone pellets and manage pellet cycles, including dosing, insertion, cycle tracking, and follow-up.
- Screen patients for appropriateness of IV therapy. Place intravenous lines and administer IV therapy.
- Document every encounter in Zenoti and chart the same day, including consent, photography, lot and expiration numbers, units and volumes used, and device parameters. Maintain a daily procedure log.
- Present treatment plans, packages, memberships, and pricing at point of care, and close the plan before the patient leaves.
- Retain patients through protocol-driven rechecks, callbacks, outreach, online and social education (videos of providers educating) and rebooking at the conclusion of every visit.
- Cover both Cañon City and Colorado Springs locations per the published provider schedule.
- Train and mentor clinical staff on protocols and device technique, and support the clinical build-out of the Colorado Springs location.
- Participate in daily clinical huddles, monthly protocol review, and quarterly growth conversations.
- Support company training courses, apprenticeship cohorts, and speaking events on request. Must be willing to travel by plane out of state also.
COMPETENCIES
- Clinical judgment across aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight loss, and pelvic health, with the discipline to decline treatment when a patient is not a safe candidate.
- Injection skill grounded in facial anatomy — mapping, product selection, nerve blocks, and recognition and management of vascular occlusion and other complications.
- Device operation, including settings selection by Fitzpatrick type, indication, and treatment depth.
- Detail accuracy in dosing, documentation, photography, and treatment parameters.
- Sense of urgency — same-day callbacks, same-day charting, same-day answers to patients. Pre-preparation for following day/weeks clients.
- Comfort in sales and financial conversations; presents pricing, packages, and memberships directly and without discounting.
- Patient retention through rapport, education, and follow-through between visits.
- Zenoti or comparable aesthetic EMR proficiency.
- Health coaching and behavior-change communication for hormone and weight loss patients.
- Team ownership — covers gaps outside stated duties. “That's not my job” is not part of this culture.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- M.D. or D.O., or P.A.-C. N.P. considered with 10+ years hospital bedside experience prior to N.P. school; ER or ICU experience preferred.
- Active Colorado license in good standing, board certification, and current DEA registration.
- Certification in one or more specialized areas: aesthetic medicine, obesity medicine, sexual wellness, hormone therapy, laser devices, or injectables.
- Two or more years in medical spa, aesthetic, or women's health practice.
- Procedure log required with application, plus before-and-after photography of prior work, for candidates ready to treat with injectables or devices.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Familiarity with Zenoti or comparable aesthetics EMR.
- Candidates without procedure logs/experience in our modalities: training is available through Tenedor Consulting. BASICS laser certification, injectables coursework, and HRT coursework are required before advanced training. Cost is determined by modality and number of devices (~$5k/modality). Evaluation for a position follows training completion.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand, walk, and move between treatment rooms for up to eight hours per shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including device handpieces, supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain fine motor control and steady hand position for injection and device handling.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and shoulder motion throughout treatment.
- Meet near visual acuity and color vision requirements for skin assessment, mapping, and clinical photography.
- Wear personal protective equipment and certified laser eyewear during device treatments.
- Tolerate exposure to laser plume, cryogen cooling, and topical and injectable anesthetics.
- Drive between Cañon City and Colorado Springs, approximately 45 miles each way.
- Work one late clinical day per week, and occasional Saturdays by special request.
