Full Job Description

About the Position

Therapeutic Technologies sells, services, stores, and ships surgical and medical equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on working lead position. You will organize daily assignments, monitor workflow, check completed tasks, and work alongside the warehouse team.

This is not a warehouse manager position. The Warehouse Manager remains responsible for employee supervision, performance management, scheduling, and personnel decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Help organize daily warehouse assignments under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
Keep daily tasks moving and report delays or incomplete work
Receive, inspect, photograph, label, and store incoming equipment
Maintain accurate inventory locations
Identify missing parts, damaged equipment, and unidentified inventory
Stage sold equipment for cleaning, testing, refurbishment, packing, pickup, or delivery
Safely load and unload large medical equipment
Prepare equipment for freight carriers and local deliveries
Verify equipment, accessories, serial numbers, packing slips, and delivery paperwork before release
Help reduce freight delays, carrier wait time, shipping damage, and unnecessary costs
Maintain an organized warehouse, showroom, loading area, and company vehicles
Complete routine safety inspections and report hazards
Follow OSHA requirements and support fire-code compliance
Enforce proper PPE, ladder, rack, pallet-jack, and forklift practices during daily work
Keep aisles, exits, electrical panels, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment clear
Support warehouse coverage when team members are absent
Report safety, attendance, inventory, equipment, and workflow concerns to the Warehouse Manager

Position Authority

The Warehouse Lead provides daily task direction and workflow support. This role does not independently:

Manage, discipline, or evaluate employees
Approve overtime
Change delivery schedules
Contact clients regarding orders or deliveries
Release equipment without proper approval and documentation

Required Qualifications

At least three years of warehouse experience
Prior experience leading daily warehouse tasks or workflow
Current forklift certification
OSHA safety training or certification
Experience handling heavy, fragile, or high-value equipment
Strong organization and attention to detail
Basic computer and documentation skills
Clear communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow established approval and reporting procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Current DOT medical card
Experience with medical equipment, freight preparation, inventory control, or local delivery operations

Physical Requirements

This position involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working throughout a warehouse environment. You must safely assist with moving large medical equipment using proper tools, lifting devices, and team support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Work Location: In person, Pennsauken, New Jersey

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
