Diesel David Inc. is a small business in Woodstock, GA. We are customer-centric, social, fast-paced; our vision is care and quality repair the first time.

We are looking for a top tier automotive service advisor. If you are not a top tier automotive service advisor do not apply.

Compensation: % of your sales

Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 7:15 PM, Monday - Thursday

The Service Advisor is very important to the success of Diesel David Inc. The primary job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customer’s needs, and assist the other Service Advisors. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business.

The purpose of this exercise is to help us understand your unique strengths as they relate to our open position.

Job Duties

Sell repairs and service to customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
Sell minimum 20k GP Week.
Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person.
Assist the other Service Advisors and develop them with company best practices, sales techniques, and customer service strategies to reach organization goals.
Manage Workflow, be the point of contact between technicians and customers, properly setting expectations with techs on outcome and communicating findings between the techs and customers.
Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts as needed under direction of manager.
Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Physical Requirements

Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.

Exhibit a 'get it done' mentality, showing flexibility to adjust hours and stay late as needed to ensure the completion of critical tasks.
Employees should maintain physical fitness and proper health standards conducive to efficient physical job performance.
