Full Job Description

Part-Time Property Manager Needed

Location: Millersburg
Schedule: Part-Time (3–4 days per week on-site) with potential for full-time employment

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our guest house and small event venue in Millersburg.

This is a hands-on position that requires being on-site 3–4 days per week to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and overall appearance of the property
Clean, prepare, and inspect the home before and after each guest stay to ensure it is guest-ready
Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
Maintain the outdoor areas, including gardens, flower beds, patios, walkways, and general grounds upkeep to ensure the property is attractive and welcoming
Manage supplies and inventory
Handle reservations and guest communication (company cell phone provided)
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have an outstanding experience
Be available during guest stays to address any issues that may arise
Coordinate and assist with small events as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, beautiful, and welcoming property
Enjoys both indoor housekeeping and outdoor property care
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with guests and solving problems independently
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, housekeeping, or vacation rentals is preferred but not required
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
