A local State Farm Insurance Agency is hiring a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative with 2 or more years of insurance sales experience. This role is built for someone who is driven, coachable, organized, and ready to turn strong follow-up into strong results.

You’ll connect with prospects, service existing customers, build referral relationships, and help clients protect what matters most — their homes, vehicles, income, and future.

This is a fully remote position, performed from your home or private office/workspace using phone, email, and consistent follow-up.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

$35,000 - $45,000 ANNUAL BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND
$52,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

What You’ll Do

Sell insurance and financial products
Prospect and generate new business
Service existing customers
Process applications and policy changes
Build referral relationships
Maintain client contact through strong follow-up
Support agency growth, retention, and sales goals

What We’re Looking For

PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE SALES LICENSE REQUIRED!
2 OR MORE YEARS OF PREVIOUS INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
NO NEED TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF 3-6 MONTHS AT MULTIPLE JOBS
Must be organized, efficient, and able to multitask
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and positive
Strong PC skills required
Must be coachable and willing to learn
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTE FROM HOME OR YOUR OWN PRIVATE OFFICE/WORK SPACE!
