Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and customer-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team. In this role, you will provide high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional patient care, safety, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, review medical histories, and determine eligibility for aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Administer aesthetic and wellness services within the scope of practice and under medical direction as required, including:
Cosmetic injectables
IV therapy
Laser treatments
Body contouring procedures
Wellness injections
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records, treatment documentation, and consent forms.
Collaborate with the Medical Director regarding clinical oversight and management of adverse events.
Adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Build strong patient relationships through education, trust, and personalized care.
Support practice growth through patient education and consultative service recommendations.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Participate in ongoing education, training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required).
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred or willingness to obtain).
Neurotoxin Certification & minimum of 1 year injecting experience.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, skin health, and patient safety.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient consultation skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness medicine.
Training or certification in dermal filler injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, or IV therapy.
Experience in a consultative or patient-facing sales environment.
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service.
