Full Job Description

Local Glass/Metal Contractor is offering a position for an Estimator / Project Manager or for an Assistant Project Manager role with growth potential. Applicants with experience in glass, storefronts, curtainwalls, showers and/or commercial window estimating are preferred – and will need to be able to handle jobs from the estimating phase, into buyout, through completion. Experience with private and negotiated projects is also preferred.

Job entails construction plan/spec review, job breakdowns, estimating, quoting, purchasing, and expediting materials. Must possess strong math skills, computer knowledge and be comfortable working with the public.

This position requires one to be detail orientated, have good organizational skills and be able to manage time efficiently. Experience with CAD and sales is beneficial.
