Full Job Description

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. has been in business for nearly 50 years and has grown to become one of the region’s largest merit shop electrical contractors. We are currently ranked #4 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing in New England by Engineering News Record in October 2025. We believe that talented and caring people make us strong. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Electrical Drafting/VDC team in Holliston, MA.

Responsibilities Include:

Modeling electrical and teledata systems in 3D CAD and/or Revit
Transferring field documents into formalized CAD as-builts
Producing field shop drawings and/or Hilti layouts for the installation of work
Assisting the Project Management team and Foreman with model visualizations

Must Haves:

Proficient in the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks and Bluebeam; certifications are preferred
Ability to multi-task and work cross functionally, including coordinating with other trades assigned to projects.
Knowledge of Hilti systems
Prior electrical field experience is a plus
