...Freedom PT is a brand new PT Group launched by NAPTP in partnership with one of the largest Leisure Trust's within the UK. We are looking for those Personal Trainers and Coaches who want to take their career to the next level, by joining our advanced, professional and dedicated team based at one of the sites across the UK within Freedom PT.
This is a unique concept based around the Holistic Review which now shows a 60-75% chance of converting a prospect to a client, and this is something you will receive full training and support with. We can't (and won't) do your press up's for you, but we will promise that with ourselves you will learn extremely advanced assessment processes and in-depth deep holistic information to help justify to any individual why they should employ your services as a self-employed Personal Trainer or Practitioner. The member journey we have created for PT's embodies and encompasses functional movement, postural alignment, spinal alignment and holistic health and it's very much seen as a level up to the standard Level 3 content.
Partnering with Freedom Leisure Trust, Freedom PT have created the perfect environment, setting and system to help PT's thrive and flourish. This is without question the most advanced support structure available, especially at a time when its most needed to ensure protection to your business and client base, this includes a focused and targetted marketing approach to local businesses and extensive training on the advanced holistic process that we offer to them. Its an incredibly exciting opportunity to be a part of a small team.
Entry in to this team is strictly through a formal screening and testing process consisting of 2 stages. We respond to all enquiries and applications and the 1st stage comprises of getting to know more about you as a person and a coach, as well as explaining the advanced nature of our support and development pathways.

Because we DO NOT saturate our facilities with Personal Trainers, it means the vacancies are strictly limited.
