NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Guidewire Claim Center Tech Lead to join their team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
Job Description:
- Guidewire Claim Center Cloud ACE Certified technical Lead with more than 6+ years of experience to lead the team.
- Guidewire's UI (Screen configurations) & Rules and Integration development utilizing Guidewire Claims Center 10.0.1 and above
- Rule writing using GOSU code.
- Development experience in Claim Center is must.
- Work independently with minimal direction, produce excellent quality results, work collaboratively, and communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in Object Oriented Technology; familiarity with UML and other OO Tools.
- Working knowledge of Java J2EE, JSP & Web Services along with modifying XML definitions, scripting (JavaScript, VB, etc.), understanding of relational database concepts, and other skills involved with implementing an advanced web application.
- Analyze, develop and maintain large scale Policy Center applications in a dynamic environment. Develop code reviews and J-Unit testing
- Integration and business analysis activities for future Claim Center implementations
- Draft technical requirements consistent with the project plan; including 3rd party vendor integration requirements
- Participation in enterprise architecture initiatives related to Guidewire Integrations; may include discussions on DataHub and InfoCtr
- Collaboration with Guidewire Integration Architects for requirements and design reviews
- Policy Migration and Renewal Conversion investigation and assessment
Must Have: - General knowledge of Insurance (P&C) business
- Understanding of Insurance eco-system and data lifecycle
- Basic knowledge and experience of Guidewire Claim Center implementation
- Guidewire integration knowledge and experience
- Business analysis skills or System Analysis skills such as
- Ability to describe process in BPMN
- Ability to depict data flow
- Ability to investigate data format, file format, and integration method
- Nice to Have: - Basic knowledge and experience of Guidewire Data Hub implementation
- Implementation of migration of Claims on prem to Cloud
- Data analysis, Data profiling skills
- Basic knowledge of XML data - Basic knowledge of ETL
- Basic knowledge of Web service
- General knowledge of portal application
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in GW development projects
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working on integration
Travel: This position requires Hybrid (50%) or remote. Client location is Worcester, MA.
Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
- Project lead experience
- Cloud migration
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $60.00-$70.00/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
