Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team!

Job Summary:

Carbon Composites, Inc., a growing company in the world of high temperature graphite furnace insulation and carbon/carbon composites, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator at our company in Leominster, MA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organize major materials and products inventories
Keep a clean, tidy and organized inventory space
Keep clear, simple and accurate inventory list
Check and update inventory logs every day
Do weekly purchase request to office manager based on inventory and production needs
Identify damaged, lost or missing materials and products and notify top management
Release small working tools to the team when they are needed
Receive training in Logistics and assist Logistic supervisor
Help with packing slips for all receiving
Help with some invoice data entry into our ERP system
Operate and maintain warehouse tools, vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Assist with furnace loading and unloading if needed
Assist with CC Plate impregnation if needed
Has the opportunity to receive cross-functional training and develop skills in logistics and supply chain operations.

Qualification and Skills

Minimum education level: associate
Proven working experience as a warehouse and/or logistic coordinator
Strong in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet and word
Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
