Service Advisor – High Earnings Potential ($75K–$85K+) | Hourly + Performance Pay

Schedule: Full-Time | Saturday Availability Required

$75,000 – $85,000+ annually

About the Role

Pete’s RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not an order-taking role—this is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for:

Driving revenue through service recommendations
Managing customer relationships
Owning the repair process from start to finish

This Role is Perfect For Someone Who:

Is confident recommending and selling services
Wants to maximize income based on performance
Can handle a high-volume workload without losing attention to detail
Takes ownership of results and customer experience
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and control daily workflow

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
High level of organization and attention to detail
Confidence working in a commission/performance-based role
Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the right motivated, sales-driven candidate.

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand service environment
Frequent communication with customers and internal teams
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
