Our clinics are located across multiple locations, with plans to expand further to serve more communities effectively.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support clinical operations while delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, medical knowledge, and a passion for fostering a welcoming environment for patients.

Duties

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle billing and collections using systems such as Epic, Meditech, or Athenahealth.
Schedule appointments accurately utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like eClinicalWorks or Dentrix, ensuring optimal clinic flow.
Maintain organized medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and proper documentation review.
Assist with insurance verification, coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), and medical billing procedures to ensure accurate reimbursement.
Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries promptly.
Support clinic operations by managing filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and health information management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.

Experience

Previous experience in a medical office setting, particularly within chiropractic or dental clinics, is highly preferred.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, or Athenahealth is essential.
Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), billing procedures, and insurance verification processes is required.
Strong computer skills including typing (10 key typing), data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent patient service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse patient populations.
