WHAT YOU’LL DO

No two shifts are exactly the same, but here’s the heart of the role:

Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and efficiently – every time
Learn the menu so you can confidently answer basic guest questions and describe dishes
Communicate clearly between the kitchen and the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
Assist servers with table needs during service – refilling drinks, dropping condiments, clearing plates
Keep expo and service areas clean, organized, and ready to go throughout the shift

WHO YOU ARE

No prior experience required – just the drive to be great at it. You do need:

A sense of urgency and the ability to move quickly and deliberately during a busy service
Sharp attention to detail – getting the right food to the right guest matters every single time
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across the kitchen and dining room
A friendly, professional presence that guests notice in the best possible way

QUALIFICATIONS

On paper, you bring:

Prior restaurant experience is a plus
Working knowledge of the menu, or the ability to learn it quickly, to confidently answer guest questions
Ability to carry multiple plates and move confidently through a full dining room
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
