Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Showroom Manager to lead our retail space with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for maintaining a vibrant, organized, and welcoming environment that showcases our products effectively. Duties

Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales potential.
Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and bookkeeping tasks.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to attract customers and boost Conduct

Experience

Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in sales team supervision or store management roles.
Strong background in retail math, budgeting, payroll processing, and inventory management systems (POS systems).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication and training & development initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Experience with merchandising, marketing strategies, stock control, cashiering operations, and operational management is preferred.
