Scheduler
Guardian Angel Senior Services – Worcester, MA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you organized, dependable, and great at multitasking? Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Care Scheduler to join our team and help ensure our clients receive the care they need when they need it.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, experience, and location.
Handle caregiver call-outs, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
Communicate with caregivers regarding their schedules, assignments, and availability.
Communicate with clients and families regarding scheduling needs and changes.
Monitor open shifts and work proactively to fill staffing needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
Work closely with the office and recruiting team to ensure staffing needs are met.
Help ensure continuity of care for our clients.

What We're Looking For

Previous scheduling, staffing, or home care experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with caregivers and clients throughout the day.
Ability to problem-solve and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer proficiency; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
Dependable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
