We specialize in producing high‑performance filler metals—including metal‑cored, flux‑cored, solid wire, aluminum, and stick electrodes—that set the bar for quality, weldability, and reliability. We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Product Manager to help us continue leading the industry.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product Strategy & Market Positioning

Support Sales & Elevate Customer Engagement
Influence Strategic Planning
Travel up to 30%

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant experience (non-software products)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven track record of successful product commercialization
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools
