About the Opportunity

A growing, multi-branded healthcare organization is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across multiple brands and business lines.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between marketing strategy and creative execution. The ideal candidate can develop a marketing plan, design a social media graphic, update a website, optimize content for SEO, manage social media, create engaging campaigns, and use AI to make their work more efficient, innovative, and effective.

We are looking for someone who is creative by nature, curious about technology, and not afraid to experiment. This person should enjoy bringing new ideas to the table, figuring things out independently, and finding better ways to accomplish everyday marketing work.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands and business lines.
Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, flyers, digital assets, and other creative collateral.
Maintain and update websites while ensuring content is accurate, engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
Apply SEO best practices to website content and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor website performance, search visibility, engagement, and other relevant marketing metrics.
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple brands.
Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer/patient acquisition.
Work across multiple brands while maintaining distinct brand identities, voices, and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
Research emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and trends and identify opportunities to apply them.
Use AI tools as part of everyday marketing work to improve efficiency, generate ideas, create and refine content, conduct research, analyze information, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output.
Continuously test new approaches and look for ways to improve marketing processes and results.
Support community outreach, events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, creative marketing professional who enjoys doing more than simply managing a marketing calendar.

You should be someone who:

Has healthcare marketing experience and understands the unique considerations of marketing healthcare services.
Is highly creative with strong visual, written, and communication skills.
Has hands-on graphic design experience and can independently create professional marketing materials.
Has experience with website design and/or website management.
Understands SEO and how it impacts website visibility and digital marketing performance.
Has experience developing and managing social media content and campaigns.
Is comfortable working across multiple brands, audiences, and business lines.
Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
Keeps up with emerging technology, marketing trends, and digital platforms.
Is not afraid of AI and actively looks for ways to incorporate it into everyday work.
Can use AI as a tool to improve creativity, strategy, productivity, research, and results—not simply as a content shortcut.
Can balance creativity with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Enjoys a fast-moving environment where priorities may change and new ideas are encouraged.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of marketing management or related marketing experience.
Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with graphic design and creative content development.
Experience with website management, web design, CMS platforms, and/or digital marketing.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and creative tools.
Experience working with multiple brands or business lines is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, digital, and marketing work is highly valued.
