Full Job Description

Location: Vandalia, OH (On-Site at our eCommerce Photo Studio)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Compensation Range: $24 - $26 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated e-Commerce Copy Coordinator to join our fast-paced eCommerce Photo Studio team in Vandalia, OH. In this role, you will be the creative production engine that translates raw product details into authoritative, customer-friendly, and sales-focused descriptions for major retail brands.

Responsibilities:

Transfer physical product features and technical details into benefits-oriented, engaging product descriptions.
Maintain a heavy, fast-paced workload of daily copy deliverables to keep our digital product pipeline moving.
Learn and utilize our comprehensive Copy Manual and internal style guides to input data perfectly into our content management system.
Cross-reference and verify that product images match copy descriptions flawlessly, troubleshooting and flagging errors to Copywriters and Supervisors as they arise.
Investigate individual products and macro fashion/home trends to keep your writing fresh, accurate, and relevant to consumers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent writing/editing experience.
A flawless eye for detail, strong proofreading skills, and a solid grasp of grammar and tone.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn content management systems and digital workflow applications.
Ability to commute daily to our on-site eCommerce Photo Studio in Vandalia, OH.
