Full Job Description

We are working with one of the network of primary care centers in OH.

We are looking for a Board Certified Family medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatric Medicine physician for an outpatient clinic in Dayton, OH.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, No weekends.

You will be given a Scribe, EMR, and supporting staff.

Insurance: Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.

Compensation& Benefits:

Basic pay, benefits, and quarterly bonus are based on the quality of care, not quantity.

PTO-30 days that includes holidays, and CME.

Sign-On Bonus and relocation for qualified providers.

Qualifications and experience:

Must be a Board Certified Family medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatric Medicine physician MD/DO with a clean OH State Medical License.

Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine is preferred.
