Position Overview
Creek Technologies is seeking a Program Data Management support specialist to support program management activities across multiple divisions and teams. In this role, you will assist program managers and government leads with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and program tracking activities that support the successful execution of mission-focused programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting program management operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of business data from authoritative source systems into Salesforce while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Serve as a data steward responsible for maintaining data quality and resolving data integrity issues across interconnected systems.

Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, increased efficiency, and reduced manual effort.

Partner closely with Government stakeholders and Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including new objects, workflows, and data structures.

Understand the complete lifecycle of organizational data and recommend improvements that strengthen data governance, reporting, and enterprise data management.

Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and other knowledge management resources.

Perform data validation, cleansing, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to support enterprise reporting and informed decision-making.

Support development teams by identifying authoritative data sources and ensuring accurate data mapping into Salesforce.

Communicate technical concepts, data challenges, and process recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support onboarding and knowledge transfer by documenting migration processes and promoting data management best practices.

Collaborate with acquisitions, contracting, finance, operations, and other functional teams to understand business processes and their relationship to enterprise data.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of customer mission requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience supporting business systems, enterprise data management, project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement initiatives.

Experience leading or supporting enterprise data migration initiatives.

Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other enterprise business systems.

Strong understanding of data stewardship, data governance, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

Experience developing process documentation, workflow diagrams, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across Government and contractor teams.

Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Desired Qualifications

Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar collaboration technologies.

Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.

Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and custom objects.

Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or other relevant industry certifications are desirable.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

An equivalent combination of education, professional training, and directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, where permitted by contract requirements.
