We're looking for a Certified Phlebotomy Technician who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys creating meaningful patient experiences. What You'll Do

As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and compassion.
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Prepare, process, label, and package laboratory specimens for shipment.
Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies remain stocked and organized.
Accurately document patient information within our electronic medical record system.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and company policies.
Assist with patient flow and support clinic operations throughout the day.
Keep clinical and laboratory spaces clean, organized, and patient-ready.
Build positive relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service.
Work closely with providers and teammates to create a seamless patient experience.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
Current Phlebotomy Certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
Excellent venipuncture and specimen handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic medical record systems.
