Full Job Description

Woodward Properties is a family owned and operated property management company with residential properties spanning throughout Delaware County Pennsylvania and Southern Florida. We are currently seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join one of our Pennsylvania teams in our Havertown/Upper Darby offices.

As Apartment Leasing Consultant your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing offices and apartment communities throughout the portfolios.
Answering incoming phone calls and handling each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, resident call, service request, etc.
Communicating with prospective residents, determining their needs and preferences, professionally presenting communities and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits
Completing Guest Card information on all prospective residents and performing follow-ups.
Processing and completing all rental applications and notifying prospective residents of results.
Inspect “market ready” vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
Organize and digitally file reports, leases and paperwork.
Updating online advertising to reflect current market pricing and community/unit features daily.
Update online advertising to reflect current market pricing on a weekly basis.
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the property manager for marketing community and for improving resident satisfaction.
Occasionally perform external market outreach at nearby businesses, organizations, etc.
Physically inspect communities when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to the property manager.
This position will require daily travel from property-to-property throughout Delaware County.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver’s License and a reliable form of transportation
The ability to travel daily to each property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
